Independent panel to probe into delay of high speed rail terminus

Secretary for Transport and Housing Anthony Cheung Bing-leung said an independent panel has been set up to probe into the delay of the construction of high speed rail terminus.
The panel, led by former HKU pro-vice-chancellor Lee Chack-fan, will consist of experts from foreign countries.
MTRC has promised to cooperate.
