Community service order for singer
(05-02 17:07)

Canto-pop singer and songwriter, Dominic Chow Kai-seng, has been ordered to perform 80 hours of community service by Eastern Court for leaving his 13-year-old autistic and epileptic son alone at home during the night for more than a week.
Chow had earlier pleaded guilty to child neglect.
The court heard that Chow traveled to the mainland in June last year, leaving the boy at his flat in Happy Valley.
He said he had arranged for two friends to take care of the boy during the daytime but knew he would be on his own at night.
The boy was found alone and the flat in disarray after a concerned neighbor alerted the police.
