'MTR should come clean': Tien

The chairman of Legco's Railway subcommittee, Michael Tien Puk-sun, has called on the MTR Corporation to come clean over when it knew that a huge hard rock formation below the West Kowloon terminus would delay the completion of the high-speed cross border rail link.
A reports in today's Apple Daily suggests that the rail company knew as early as 2010 that there was granite at the terminus site.
Tien said MTR officials need to explain what they knew and when. --RTHK
