Free sleep-wake button replacements for iPhone 5
(04-29 17:24)

Tech giant Apple said it will replace flawed sleep-wake button so as to fix some older iPhone 5, for free.
The free replacement will be for "iPhone 5 models that exhibit this issue and have a qualifying serial number,” the company said on its website.
It gives instructions for iPhone 5 users to check serial numbers and determine if their iPhone 5 qualify for free repair.
“A small percentage” of iPhone 5 models, made over last March, may have on-off buttons problems that stop working or work intermittently, Apple said.
