Earthquake strikes off Vancouver Island

A strong 6.7 earthquake has struck off Canada's Vancouver island in the Pacific.
The US Geological Survey said the quake hit late Wednesday at a depth of 11.4 kilometres, south of Port Hardy.
There was no tsunami warning. --RTHK
