Nikkei positive at break

Stocks in Tokyo climbed by 0.69 percent following gains on Wall Street.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index added 98.50 points to 14,398.19 by the break, while the Topix index of all first-section shares climbed 0.71 percent, or 8.15 points, to 1,158.59.—AFP
