Three land plots fetch HK$1.5B for govt

Star Touch Limited will be paying HK$433.6 million for the plot in Shau Kei Wan. The site at the the junction of Oi Kan Road and Oi Tak Street has a size of 476.4 square metre, with a gross floor area between 2,572 sqm and 4,287 sqm. This plot is solely for private residential purposes.
Meanwhile, Far East Consortium International has won the plot in Tai Wai, Shatin for HK$148 million. The plot for non-industrial use has a size of 687 square metres.
A commercial site in Cheung Sha Wan was sold to First Group Holdings Limited at HK$1.2 billion.
