Builder jailed for molesting Tai Po teen
(04-08 14:00)

A construction worker has been jailed for 15 years by the High Court for robbing, molesting, and beating up a 14-year-old girl last year.
The court was told that Cheung Man-wai grabbed the girl from a street in Tai Po and took her to a hillside where he assaulted her.
He also stole HK$3,000 worth of her belongings including her mobile phone.
In passing sentence, the judge likened the defendant's actions to rape, saying the victim suffered more psychological than physical injuries.—RTHK
