(ECB update) Draghi says asset purchases discussed

European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said today in Frankfurt, Germany, that monetary policymakers discussed quantitative easing as a part of unconventional measures.
Along with lower interest rates and a lower deposit facility, he said “we talked about QE.’’
