Hang Seng, Shanghai gain

Stocks in Hong Kong gained at the start. The benchmark Hang Seng Index climbed 0.5 percent to 22,566.22.
In Shanghai, shares were higher. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.15 percent, or 3.08 points, to 2,050.54.
The Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, was up by 0.33 percent, or 3.52 points, to 1,060.53.—AFP
