(HK Sevens) England see off South Africa
(03-30 12:14)

England held off a late charge by South Africa to move on to the cup semi-final in a tightly contested game at Hong Kong Stadium today. England won 14-7.
England’s Jack Clifford collected an offload from flyer Dan Norton to score a converted try with less than 2 minutes to go in the second half to pull ahead 14-7 after the break when the scores were level 7-all.
Norton also pulled off a vital tackle in the dying seconds to halt a South African scoring charge.
Norton put the first points on the board for England, but South Africa pulled one back through Justin Geduld to level the score at 7-7 at the break.
