European benchmarks positive

Europe's main stock markets gained at the start of trading.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index was up by 0.07 percent at 6,609.49 points.
The CAC 40 index in Paris gained 0.31 percent to 4,357.45 points and Frankfurt's DAX 30 advanced 0.31 percent to 9,367.53 compared with Tuesday's closing values.—AFP
