US concern over attacks on HK media
(03-20 11:56)

The United States has voiced concern about attacks on leading members of Hong Kong's media, calling for a full and transparent investigation.
A State Department spokeswoman said it was troubled by a series of incidents over the past year. Yesterday, two executives from Hong Kong Morning News Media Group were injured by four masked men armed with metal bars. This follows last month's chopper attack on former Ming Pao chief editor, Kevin Lau Chun-to. --RTHK
