Their last win in front of their home fans was January 15 against the Charlotte Bobcats and they are winless overall since beating the Boston Celtics on January 29.
Their victory over the Celtics came after Evan Turner hit a jumper at the buzzer. Turner nows plays for Indiana.
Thaddeus Young scored 24, Tony Wroten had 17 and Michael Carter-Williams finished with 16 points, nine rebounds and seven assists for Philadelphia.
Philadelphia missed 10 of their 19 foul shots and were outrebounded 52-38.
The 76ers will host the New York Knicks on Friday night, before they face the Bulls again on Saturday.
