New political assistant appointed into Development Bureau

Allen Fung Ying-lun has been appointed a political assistant for the Secretary for Development, effective on March 17.
Fung, 30, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in history and politics, as well as a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong.
Fung served as an assistant to Leung Chun-ying for seven years when Leung was the convenor of the Non-official Members of the Executive Council.
