Hubei political adviser expelled over suspected graft

Chen Baihuai, a senior political adviser in central Hubei Province, has been expelled from the Communist Party and removed from public office for suspected dereliction of duty and taking bribes, the CPC's discipline agency said.
Chen formerly served as vice chairman of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.—Xinhua
