Tokyo lower

Stocks in Tokyo opened 0.67 percent lower as investors fled higher-risk assets over fears of a conflict between Ukraine and Russia. The Nikkei-225 index, which lost 1.27 percent on Monday, fell 98.28 points to 14,553.95 at the start.—AFP
