Murder accused Pistorius pleads not guilty

The trial of South African Olympian Oscar Pistorius began in Pretoria today. The sprinter pleaded not guilty to murdering his girlfriend on Valentine's Day last year.
After a state prosecutor read out a charge that Pistorius "unlawfully and intentionally did kill'' girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, he responded "not guilty, my lady.''--AFP
