Europe bourses steady

Europe's main stock markets steadied at the start of trading today. London's FTSE 100 index was down just 0.06 percent at 6,826.49 points.
Elsewhere, Frankfurt's DAX 30 added 0.10 percent to 9,708.50 points and in Paris the CAC 40 was down a marginal 0.01 percent at 4,414.11, compared with Tuesday's closing values.—AFP
