Hang Seng positive at break

Stocks in Hong Kong ended the morning session 0.19 percent higher on budget day in the city, despite a weak Wall Street lead as buying picked up after two straight sessions of losses.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index was up by 41.69 points to 22,358.89 by lunch on turnover of HK$29.87 billion.—AFP
