Minor explosion hurts roadside worker

A worker has been injured in a minor explosion and fire in Sai Kung.
Reports say he was carrying out roadside works in Po Lo Che when the incident happened.
A Fire Services Department spokesman says an underground cable was found burnt and there was a blast.
The man suffered burns to his face and hands. He's been taken to hospital but his condition is not known. --RTHK
