New arrival for Swedish royal

Princess Madeleine of Sweden, the youngest child of King Carl XVI Gustaf and fourth in line to the throne, has given birth to a girl in New York, the Swedish Royal Court announced Friday.
“Both mother and child are in good health,'' the court said in a statement.
The 31-year-old princess – whose full name is Madeleine Therese Amelie Josephine – married US-British banker Christopher O'Neill in a lavish ceremony in Stockholm in June. The couple live in New York and the baby is their first child.—AFP
