Chill descends again on city

The mercury will dip tomorrow to 9 degrees Celsius in the urban areas, the weather forecaster said.
Temperatures will range between 9 and 11 degrees Celsius in the urban areas, and one to two degrees lower in the New Territories, the Hong Kong Observatory said. The city can expect a cloudy, rainy day tomorrow.
