Jobless rate eases

Hong Kong’s unemployment rate fell to 3.1 percent in the November to January period from 3.2 percent in October to December 2013.
The underemployment rate also fell from 1.4 percent in October to December 2013 to 1.3 percent in November 2013 to January 2014, the Census and Statistics Department, said today.
