Move to introduce electronic road pricing in Central
(02-18 15:58)

Plans to raise Cross Harbour tunnel tolls between Hung Hom and Causeway Bay and lower the Eastern Harbour Crossing tolls are on hold for now, the Secretary for Transport Anthony Cheung Bing-leung said today.
But he said electronic road pricing will be introduced in Central.
Raising Cross Harbour charges would divert more traffic to the Eastern Harbour Crossing, he estimated.
