Chilly, rainy day for HK
(02-13 09:42)

Weather forecasters predicted rain and more cold days for Hong Kong as a result of the winter monsoon affecting southern China.
Temperatures this morning were generally around 8 degrees Celsius in the urban areas, and one to two degrees lower in the New Territories, the Hong Kong Observatory said.
