Chilly, rainy day forecast for city

The weather forecasters predict a cold and cloudy few days ahead in the city day and night. The mercury dipped to 7.3 degrees Celsius in the morning today, the Hong Kong Observatory said.
At 8:45 am today, the HKO said the day will be cloudy to overcast with a few rain patches. The maximum temperature will be about 10 degrees Celsius during the day.
