Lowest February temperature in 18 years
(02-11 16:15)

The Hong Kong Observatory has recorded the lowest February temperature since 1996, as the mercury fell to 7.5 degrees this morning.
Forecasters expect the current cold spell to last for the rest of the week, as a winter monsoon continues to dominate the weather in southern China. --RTHK
