More complaints to Consumer Council in 2013

The Consumer Council received more than 30,000 complaints in 2013, up 10 percent from a year earlier. It also marked the most cases over the last four years.
Most complaints were related to telco operators. Complaints from visitors -- mostly mainlanders -- grew 32 percent.
