Shop charged for bad sales practice

The newly established Special Duties Team set up for the enforcement of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance after its amendment yesterday raided a dried seafood and ginseng shop in Mong Kok in an anti-unfair-trade-practice operation. Two salespersons and a director were arrested and a batch of dried ginseng, worth about HK$260,000, was seized.
