Paul Chan faces charges

Development Secretary Paul Chan Mo-po has been charged with careless driving over an accident last summer. Chan's vehicle was involved in a collision with a taxi on the Canal Road flyover in August.
The taxi driver suffered neck and hand injuries while Mr Chan hurt his neck. Both were taken to hospital and tested negative for alcohol. --RTHK
