Pan-democrats slam justice chief

Pan-democrats have criticized an article written by the Justice Secretary, Rimsky Yuen Kwok-keung, that asserts Beijing's views on political reforms. The article was published in several newspapers today. In it, Yuen insists that universal suffrage can be achieved without civic nomination or nomination by political parties. --RTHK
