Hang Seng flat by lunch

Hong Kong shares rebounded slightly in Tuesday's morning session following the previous day's sell-off, as investors await the end of a Federal Reserve policy meeting.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 0.09 percent, or 20.05 points to 21,996.15 on turnover worth HK$40.37 billion. --AFP
