Tsang replaces CE at marathon ceremony
(01-22 14:22)

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Tsang Tak-shing, has confirmed that he will replace Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying as guest of honor at the opening ceremony of next month's Hong Kong Marathon.
Reports have suggested that Leung refused to attend the Standard Chartered event to try to pressure the bank into pulling its adverts from the Apple Daily, which is largely critical of the government.
Tsang said he wouldn't comment on speculative remarks made by legislators. --RTHK
