Nikkei flat at break

Tokyo's Nikkei 225 index was flat in the morning, tracking a lackluster session on Wall Street, as investors look to a Bank of Japan meeting that wraps up later in the day.
The benchmark Nikkei, which opened 0.30 percent lower, added 0.03 percent, or 5.18 points, to 15,801.14 by the break, while the Topix index of all first-section shares gained 0.29 percent, or 3.78 points, to 1,299.73.—AFP
