Hang Seng higher at close

Stocks in Hong Kong closed 0.45 percent higher, in line with a regional rally as investors picked up bargains following the previous day's losses.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 104.17 points to 23,033.12 on turnover of HK$64.48 billion.—AFP
