Positive start for Europe bourses

European stock markets drifted higher at the start of trading today. London's benchmark FTSE 100 index gained 0.01 percent at 6,820.63 points.
In Paris the CAC 40 also increased by 0.01 percent to 4,332.71 points and Frankfurt's DAX 30 advanced 0.09 percent to 9,742.21 compared with Wednesday's closing level.—AFP
