Livelihood issues on Leung policy agenda

Livelihood issues will dominate Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying’s policy agenda for the coming year.
He is expected to announce major subsidies when he presents his second policy address tomorrow.
Leung said he will focus on helping the poor, the elderly and housing.
