Defending champion Novak Djokovic beat Lukas Lacko in straight sets to reach the second round at the Australian Open.
Djokovic overcame resistance from the 96th-ranked Slovak to win 6-3, 7-6 (7/2), 6-1 in one hour and 50 minutes.—AFP
