John Tsang warns of market volatility
(12-19 12:57)

Financial Secretary John Tsang Chun-wah expects the market to be volatile in the short run after the Federal Reserve announces to cut down the scale of bond purchase starting next month.
Tsang said there was no capital outflow seen from Hong Kong so far.
He warned that Hong Kong may raise interest rates sooner than the Fed does. But he added that the SAR is ready for the Fed to exit from the market.
