Hang Seng climbs at break

Stocks in Hong Kong ended the morning session 0.64 percent higher as investors await a policy decision following a US Federal Reserve meeting early tomorrow HK time. The benchmark Hang Seng Index climbed 147.39 points to 23,216.62 on turnover of HK$26.75 billion.—AFP
