Slovenia says banks need 4.7b euro

Slovenia will need 4.778 billion euros to recapitalize its troubled banks, central bank governor Bostjan Jazbec said, citing the results of EU stress tests.
The tests were to determine whether the country could shore up its banks on its own or become the latest euro zone member to need outside help.—AFP
