10 arrested over online frauds

The police have made 10 arrests after complaints from people who bought goods online that were never delivered.
Around 100 victims of the scams said they purchased items such as smartphones, tablet computers and concert tickets that were advertised on social media and other websites.
Detective Superintendent Kerry Carew said some of the victims were fooled by bogus online comments and feedback. --RTHK
