Hang Seng falls, Shanghai flat
(12-12 10:04)

Stocks in Hong Kong slipped 0.31 percent in the early minutes of trade following losses on Wall Street. The Hang Seng Index shed 73.11 points to 23,265.13.
In Shanghai, shares were flat in morning trade due to thin trading volumes and a lack of positive catalysts, dealers said. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.06 percent, or 1.32 points, to 2,205.49.—AFP
