StanChart private client statements stolen from Fuji Xerox server

Standard Chartered Bank says 647 monthly statements of private bank clients in Singapore have been stolen from the server of Fuji Xerox Singapore, a third party services provider, a media report said today.
Broadcaster Channel News Asia said the bank had been noified by police that the data had been stolen in February.
StanChart confirmed, however that its IT and data security systems had not been compromised.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore said in a statement that it said it will review StanChart's investigation report and consider if regulatory action is warranted.
