ANA flight suffers cabin pressure failure

A plane operated by Japan's airline All Nippon Airways on Wednesday made an emergency landing in Naha airport in Japan's Okinawa Prefecture due to pressure adjusting device failure, local media reported.
The ANA Boeing 737 plane was from Fukuoka to Naha and the incident took place at around 9 a.m. as the pressure inside the cabin dramatically plunged in a height of 11,000 meters, according Japan's Kyodo News Agency, Xinhua news agency reports.
The jet dipped to about 3,000 meters to keep the pressure stable and made the emergency landing about one hour later in Naha airport, Kyodo said.
A total of 108 people, including six crew members, were on board and no one was injured in the accident, said the report, adding some passengers suffered pain inside their ears.
The incident also led to cancellation of two flights in the Naha airport.
