Legco head to block budget filibuster

President of the Legislative Council Jasper Tsang Yok-Sing said he will use his powers to end a possible filibuster of the budget, if that's what the public wants him to do.
Some radical lawmakers have said they'll use delaying tactics to hold up the passage of the budget when it comes to a vote next month, to force the government to introduce universal retirement protection, RTHK reports.
