South Asian suspects held during foiled robbery

The police have foiled a robbery in Yau Ma Tei by a gang they believe could be linked to other hold-ups. Officers say five South Asians were arrested as they were about to rob the owner of a recycling plant of HK$600,000, RTHK reports.
Detective Superintendent Kerry Carew says police have been investigating a series of robberies from recycling plants in Tin Shui Wai and Yuen Long over the past six months.
