Man arrested for modified bicycle

A 61-year-old man has been arrested for processing and riding a modified electric bicycle, police said.
The bicycle was equipped with a motor and gears. The man faces charges which include driving without a license, driving an unregistered vechile and other offenses, said traffic inspector Hung Hin-kau.
Hung said it is dangerous to modify bicycles and vehicles without authorization.
