Hang Seng slips by lunch

Hong Kong stocks finished the morning session 0.13 percent lower Tuesday, giving up earlier gains that were fuelled by another rally in the Dow on Wall Street.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index slipped 29.44 points to 23,061.38 on turnover of HK$35.57 billion, AFP reports.
